Membrane Filtration

For more info, call 1-800-241-3224
Membrane filtration is a method of removing contaminants from water where hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semi permeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane. This separation process is used for purifying water to desired specifications. Depending on the water quality desired, different types of membranes are utilized.

Crossbow Water is actively developing a standard Ultra Filtration approach for RO pretreatment, and can also work with you to custom design a filtration system to meet your needs.
